Dear Guest,

We wish your stay to be a pleasant and smooth one. Therefore we kindly ask you to acknowledge and comply with the following terms and conditions. The whole area of Pipitér is private property, where Pipitér Rooms & More Kft, hereinafter Operator, is entitled to subject its services to terms and conditions set by itself and which are summarised in the House Rules.

 

1.) Information on check-in, check-out:

Rooms will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Please leave the room by 10:00 on the day of departure. Please inform the accommodation of your intention to arrive earlier by e-mail or telephone. You can extend your stay on the day of departure if there are no guests booked in the room that day.

In case of leaving the accommodation, please hand in your access card to the Operator or leave it in the room.

Payment terms:

50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking, within 3 working days by bank transfer to the address below:

The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer or cash/debit card/SZÉP card payment on the spot.

Our prices include VAT, but exclude the tourist tax of HUF 500 per person per night payable by persons over 18 years of age.

Payment methods accepted by the accommodation:

– cash (HUF)

– bank card, credit card (Paypass)

– SZÉP card (OTP)

 

Cancellation conditions:

Reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival (50% will be refunded in this case). For cancellation within 14 days 50% of the total price, for cancellation within 7-3 days 80% of the total price, for cancellation within 3 days or no show 100% of the deposit paid shall be charged as a penalty.

 

3.) Visitors:

Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms and apartments, please notify the Operator of any visitors.

 

4.) Basic services:

The room rate for guests includes the following:

– use of garden, arbours, terraces.

– parking: free of charge, private parking with camera surveillance.

– WIFI: free internet access in the rooms.

– smart tv: you can use it with your own Netlix or HBO service, it can be connected to your phone. With the volume take into account that others may want to have a rest, especially after 22.00.

– We are a pet-friendly accommodation. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet. Please make sure that your pet is house-trained and that you clean up after them in the yard/garden.

– Use of the outdoor hot tub: from 10.00 am to 22.00 pm. The 2 hot tubs have a capacity of 5-5 persons each. It is prohibited to eat, take fragile objects in the hot tub, or jump in the water.

– Garden sauna house: needs to be booked at the Operator at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Eating, or taking in fragile objects in the sauna is prohibited. If your sauna time coincides with a sauna session, please be flexible with the 5 minute top ups and breaks.

 

5.) Safety:

No activity is permitted anywhere on the premises of the accommodation that is unlawful, offensive to morals or public decency, or likely to cause fear or alarm. Guests must respect the dignity and personal rights of the staff working in the accommodation. You can bring property items and valuables into the accommodation area only at your own risk. The Operator shall not be responsible for the safekeeping of objects brought into the accommodation and for any damage caused to them.

– Fire protection: fire extinguishers are located everywhere in the house: at the entrances, on the first floor, in the garden premises. They are easy to use, so don’t delay in case of fire. (Telephone: 105 or 112)

– Smoking: smoking and the use of electric cigarettes is prohibited in all enclosed areas and is only allowed in designated areas.

– No flammable or explosive substances may be stored in the accommodation.

 

6.) Cleaning: bed linen and towels changed once a week (for stays longer than one week).

Daily cleaning can be arranged, on request, by agreement with the Operator. If you need laundry or ironing, please contact the Operator.

 

7.) Guests’ peace and quiet:

Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests and do not disturb it by making a noise. Pay particular attention to each other’s peace and quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

 

8.) Reporting a fault:

Please report any malfunctions in the apartment to the Operator immediately.

 

9.) Damage, cleanliness:

All guests are obliged to take care of the objects and equipment placed in the accommodation, to keep them intact and to use them in accordance with their intended purpose. Any person who intentionally or negligently causes damage to the building, the objects placed on display or the equipment or facilities shall be liable to compensate the Operator for the damage caused. We wish to draw your attention to the fact that the paintings and sculptures in our accommodation are of high value, part of the Liberandum collection, so please take special care to ensure their integrity.

 

You may use all devices and equipment in the whole area of Pipitér at your own risk.

All equipment and furnishings in Pipitér are the property of the Operator. It is forbidden to take any equipment or furnishings out of the accommodation.

All guests are required to keep the premises clean and tidy.

By entering the premises of the accommodation, our guests accept the provisions of these House Rules as binding upon themselves.
